New York’s Dignity for All Students Act seeks to provide the State’s students with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment and bullying on school property, a school bus and/or at a school function.*

The following requirement of the Act applies to all school employees:

School employees who witness or receive a report of harassment, bullying and/or discrimination must notify the principal, superintendent or designee within one school day after witnessing the incident or receiving the report and must file a written report within two school days thereafter.*

For the 2016-17 school year, faculty and staff can report incidents of harassment, bullying and/or discrimination to the Assistant Principal:

Christopher Griffin: 10th and 12th graders

Andrea O'Gorman: 9th and 11th graders
